Tyler is from Versailles, Kentucky. He attended Woodford County, but says he will never cheer for Woodford over Lafayette. Tyler played varsity soccer for three years at Woodford and then went on to play at Georgetown College. He has been a center back for all of his career.
Tyler majored in Spanish, and studied abroad in Spain the summer between his junior and senior years of college. He currently owns and works at All Blinds. He is currently coaching soccer at Lafayette and the Bluegrass Soccer.
A fun fact about Tyler is that he and his parents are a Great Dane foster family for an organization that rescues Danes from abusive homes or other bad living situations. He says he gets a real joy out of caring for these underprivileged gentle giants and giving them good homes as they are nursed back to health. His family has found amazing homes for two of our fosters and are on number three now.
