Erin recently graduated from Transylvania University where she played four years at the collegiate level. Her first two seasons there, the team had one conference champion title and two NCAA tournament appearances. Erin was named captain of the team her senior year.
Before attending Transylvania, Erin went to Eastern High School in Louisville where she was a four year varsity team member. She began coaching for Lafayette in 2016.
